Many of our customer choose to be invoice customer at Red Hat we need to know their name, address, phone number and in many case customer gives mail address if customer want invoices to email.
We register the data for customer by phone or mail.
We use only those data to know where to send the invoice according to customer wishes. The data for the customer is stored for future invoices until the customer is asking Red Hat to remove customer from database. This is done as soon as all customer invoices are processed.
